• Sign-in accounts: the name, email address and sign-in credentials of each person given access to the CRM, and which business account they belong to.
• Records businesses keep in the CRM: the businesses that use AppWT CRM add their own leads, contacts, deals, documents, campaigns and consent records. AppWT stores that information to run the service for the business that added it, and each business sees only its own records.
• Consent records: who agreed to be contacted, when, and in the exact words shown to them.
• Messages sent from the CRM: email is delivered through Postmark and text messages through an SMS delivery provider.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Send you updates, marketing communications, and other information (with your consent)
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

What this site actually sets

• PHPSESSID: an essential session cookie used by the sign-in page, the dashboard and the About page. It ends when you close your browser, is sent only over HTTPS, and cannot be read by page scripts. The session itself is kept on our own server, not in the cookie.
• appwt_cookie_consent: set only when you make a choice in the cookie banner on the About page, the features page, the blog or these legal pages (Accept All, Reject All or your own selection), so the banner does not ask again. It lasts one year and holds your choice, the date and a shortened browser description.
• googtrans: set only if you pick a language in the translate panel, so the page stays in that language.
• Accessibility settings: the accessibility tool keeps your choices (text size, contrast and similar) in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and does not send them to us.
• Scripts on the public pages: the About page, the features page, the blog and these legal pages load the AppWT cookie banner from appwt.com, our own server, and no analytics or advertising scripts. Google Translate's script is requested only when you open the translate panel. The sign-in page loads none of these.
